Ideas for a Gluten Free Dessert for Easter?

IL's are coming for Easter and are Gluten Free. I want to make a dessert but I'm at a lost as to what. Any ideas?

I'm making a few desserts, but I have a few gluten free relatives. I think I'll make a crisp for them with an almond flour and oat topping.

Super easy....

substitute pretzels with chopped pecans. (Use less butter & sugar too!)
This is very yummy with can pumpkin or apple too! (make sure your canned pie filling is gluten free... pumpkin usually is!)

Sweet potato casserole... most do not have wheat. It goes great with ham!

Cheese cake... There are lots of different versions out there of crusts ... made from crushed gluten free cookie crumbs to nuts to a crust you bake.

baked apples ... http://allrecipes.com/recipe/baked-apples/
along those lines baked peaches are also good.

You can make cake, cookies, pies, etc You just need to buy a mix in the gluten free section of your store or google one.

We all really love this http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/201...-cookie-dough/

She has all kinds of great recipes on her site and most are gluten free (or have gluten free options).

I am considering making these for Easter http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/201...t-butter-eggs/ But I will cover them in melted vegan chocolate (Enjoy life chocolate chips). They aren't exactly a traditional dessert though. My Grandmother used to make us peanut butter eggs for Easter every year. I'm going to make coconut eggs as well, think I found a recipe on here somewhere.

The other one I want to try is this

With some strawberries for dipping...mmmmm

Shortbread actually benefits from having no gluten. It's not gooey and outrageous, but shortbread tastes great with coffee or tea.
