Congestion

I always get super horrible allergies this time of year. I'm wondering what I can do for the congestion. I don't want to take any decongestant because my colostrum is already coming in and I don't want to mess that up. I'm 33 weeks. :)

Re: Congestion

How long do your allergies last? My guess would be that if you needed to take decongestants for a couple weeks, it would not hurt your colostrum at all by the time baby arrives, even if he/she is a little early. I'd ask your ob/midwife about it just to be sure though. :)
