Blessed with Children, Struggling for more: May/June

This thread is for women that have children who are trying to have more and struggling with infertility (IF). You fall into the IF category if you have been trying for more than a year or if you have known fertility issues. Some have secondary IF and some have primary IF. Some of us are TTC naturally and some need treatments of some type. All are welcome!

We also have women who are praying to make it. Due to prior losses or IF they don't feel like they should join a due date board till after the first 12 weeks. We are truly happy to support you as you transition. Please just keep in mind that we are a group of woman struggling with IF and be sensitive to that as you post. If you put a pregnancy ticker or smiley in your signature, please turn off your signature when you post in this thread. Thank you!

Please note: When your information needs to be updated, please highlight the area that needs to be updated. This will make it easier for me to update you. :goodvibes:

If you'd like to be added please post your info using the format below. Please note: I remove names if you are inactive for one month. This really helps keep the list more manageable, if you would like to be added back, just repost your info. :D

Re: Blessed with Children, Struggling for more: May/June

I will slowly over the next couple of days be making all the updates, and cleaning up the thread of folks we haven't heard from in a few months. Let me know if I mess something up.

Will everyone do me a favor, if there is someone on the list that isn't stopping by anymore will you please me know so I can delete them. Thanks.

Edit: I'm leaving updates in all color for now so folks can let me know if I've gotten them in teh right spot, then let I'll go back and fix color. Be patient with me, I'm having a busy week but trying to get this done.

My brain is telling me there should be an update for Liesel and Melmonkey but I can't remember what it is. Does anyone know?

I think most of the "lurkers" have stopped popping in.

keysersoze 04-29-2013 10:46 AM

I wanted to pop in and say thanks for all your support last week. Out of 9 fertilized eggs, 4 survived to day three, and then all arrested on day three, so that, today's 5dt was a no-go. We're at the end of the line with TTC; natural conception is not possible for us. I won't be lurking anymore, but wish you all the best, and hope each of you gets your THB.

I'm sorry :hugs:

My appointment is tomorrow, I am so so nervous. I worry that they won't find a heartbeat, or that it will be a blighted ovum, or ectopic, I know its silly but I can't stop worrying, I just want to fast forward through tomorrow and see how things are going.

ok I'll go take them off. They can submit an update to be added back. Unless I recognize them as active. I know there are a bunch on the active list that I haven't seen in a while, but I don't want to delete them and hurt someone's feelings.

Try to relax and do something just for you today while you wait on pins and needles.

Isn't that the way it always goes. Sounds like your body is healing well though.

AFM, rough day. My best friend just had a perfect little girl and I just can't help but be jealous and sad for myself. It's not that I'm not happy for her, but I really thought that by the time this babe was born, I would have a BFP.

I never scheduled my April apt with the RE. DH and I are just not on the same page. He is really ready to be done. He is trying to sound like he is willing to try, but in the end he is saying "if we lose a bunch of money and have no baby, that is all your fault". I just want to scream at him. He says $50,000 and 5 years, but we certainly don't have $50,000 and we don't want to have huge loans so we are done I guess. I can't let it be all my fault if we loose money we don't have to begin with and have no baby in the end. He also says he doesn't want to be raising kids when we are 50 so that gives us 2 or 3 more years of NTNP or whatever "this" is. I'm just sick. He just doesn't get it.
