Using frozen breast milk

It feels like its been so long and I've already forgotten. If you are using defrosted breast milk and your lo doesn't finish can you save it for the next feeding? I know you can't do that with formula, and I know you CAN with fresh milk, but can you with defrosted? Tia!

Yes just don't mix because older milk will go bad & make the newer frozen you thaw go bad fast.

I did it with my toddler now who was 1 yr & used in cereal & like....

I would suggest spliting it so that if LO does not finish all in one sitting it can be used for the next day. Also remember no refreezing it.

General rule in my house is its good as long as it smells good. Your child will most likely not drink it if its bad. Don't refreeze.
