Nursing pads
Can I please get some suggestions/raves/recommendations on good, comfy, affordable WAHM or HC nursing pads? What qualities are important to consider about nursing pads? :headscratch:

Thanks in advance!

Re: Nursing pads
I am in the same boat and I have just been buying different types to try out in August. LANA wool pads get great reviews and they are wool so you only need 2 pairs and maybe some other random ones to round your stash.

Here is what I have so far or plan to get:

2 pr Lana original (maybe ekstra - can't decide)
2 pr Mother's Eve
1 pr Mommy's Touch
1 pr Full Moon Baby Gear (I imagine these will only do well once I am completely regulated and no longer leaking as much)

I am afraid to put too much faith in the wool ones as I tend to have OALD and am afraid it won't soak up fast enough to keep me dry. Thats why I am getting a few stay dry. I will say that I tried the MOE ones last time around and they just didn't do much for me...

Re: Nursing pads
I got some Lily Padz, but I haven't gotten to use them yet. I've heard a lot of good things about them. You don't have to sleep in a bra when you use them.

Re: Nursing pads
I have two pair of the xs Lana original nursing pads-they have worked well for the most part, but I have leaked through a few times.

I read good things about lilypads online, bought a pair and then said something to our LLL about them and she cringed-said they were bad, could result in a plugged duct, that sort of thing b/c they don't let the milk out. I did try them when we went swimming, they didn't keep me from leaking, I had a pocket of milk in each-which was a mess when I took them off!

I would go with wool.

Re: Nursing pads
The lilipadz are the best when you're wearing something or going somewhere that you don't want the yes I'm wearing nursing pads look. But they are not for everyday use. Go with wool or hemp.
