Help sleeping? (for mom)

I am on day 4 of no sleep at night. Its not entirely babies fault but he wakes up, I go and get him back to sleep, and then I cant get back to sleep...this is assuming I get to sleep when I first go to bed to begin with.

Is there anything safe I can take to "take the edge off" and help me fall asleep at night? I am not big into taking meds at all but I need to sleep sometime since I am home all day, every day along with the baby. I just need something for a day or two because at this point I am thinking I am so overtired that its really messing me up.

Thanks mamas!

I would suggest sleepy time extra tea or just plain chamomile. Also try exercise taking a walk with the kids and being outside should help you sleep. Also if you can maybe a massage:goodvibes:

How about a glass of wine before bed? It helps me relax.

Have you tried a nice relaxing bath? I put some lavender oil in my bath, and it helps put me to sleep.
