I'm looking for someone who can make me a PUL cover with cotton quilting-like fabric on the outside. I'm making DD some summer dresses and would like covers to match. So, who could do a custom cover like that with my fabric?

Not sure but many WAHMs can do covers...maybe ask Rach at FuzziFannies...she might be able to.
