COOL WHIP COOKIES

One of my pregnancy cravings has been cool whip.
I normally hate the stuff and now am eating straight out of the container. :yuck:

COOL WHIP COOKIES

1 Pillsbury Plus cake mix (any flavor)
2 eggs
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip

Mix all, then using a spoon, drop dough the size of a walnut into a bowl of powdered sugar; roll and cover well with powdered sugar. Put on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes.

These are awesome!!! I have the same recipe but we call them whippersnaps. Lemon is the BEST! Cherry chip is good but really sweet. Chocolate is good too. But start with lemon and you'll be hooked!! :)

I'm not a lemon lover so I think I'll have to pass on the lemon. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I plan on making these with the kids. They look so easy and they don't look like they will make the kitchen as messy making them :smiley_haha:

Lemon is also my favorite of these, but chocolate is good as is strawberry.

Yummy, I may have to make these again soon, haven't made them for a long time.
