Sure, you could make the sleeves into leggings for a little girl and the body into a skirt! That's just off the top of my head too, I'm sure there are lots of other uses for it. Could the hole be darned?

I'd pull the back off and stitch it to the tail of a ring sling

Hmmm. My first thought was diaper liners, since silk is apparently great for rashes.

I'd be happy to have it if you really can't think of something to do with it. We're always recycling clothes here.

If that falls through, it is just what I want. Actually silk is one of the most absorbant materials out there (more absorbant than hemp) just it has an outer layer that may make it not absorb as fast. I've been wanting to experiment with it, but don't have the $ to buy peace silk http://www.aurorasilk.com/info/peacesilk.shtml So I would love to experiment with it!
