Should I wash these seperately from my dipes? I'm assuming so, but wasn't really sure.

what is a cd friendly cream? My ds never gets diaper rash, but has a sore butt from having diharriea(sp?) So, I went and bought a yard of fleece and cut out liners. But, having a cd friendly cream would be nice to have.
