Bamboo velour is made from the bamboo plant, it is really silky soft, and doesn't get crunchy like ov. From what I've read, and experienced, bamboo is not as absorbent as hemp, but more absorbent than cotton. It also doesn't stink, it's anti-microbial.

I am trying to get my hands on some bamboo velour fabric from a coop!!! Can't wait to make some dipes out of it!!
