Why do I have buildup?

I peeked in the machine last night for the cold eince cycle and there were a fair amount of bubbles in there :( Why do I have build up? I use Allens and Sport Wash.

My wash routine is:

Cold Wash- no detergent

Hot Wash- 1/2 capful Sportwash or 1.5 caps of Allens, 1/4c vinegar

Cold Rinse

Cold Rinse

Do I need to clean my washer?

could be a bit too much detergent. 2 whole capfuls total is a lot, considering Allen's is concentrated. Just make sure to do extra rinses to get that out. :)

I only used two teaspoons of Allen's otherwise I get major bubbles. It's really concentrated. I do clean my washer on occasion. I think I read it on the Pin Stripes and Poka Dots? Sarah's I think?

I only use 1tbsp of Allens in a load of like 20 dipes...if my normal 10 dipes, I do 1.5tsp or less. Sounds like a little too much detergent. :)

OK, that cap is so tiny that I didn't think it could be too much :giggle:

I measured today...the cap is just less than a Tbsp :)
