Anyone have a potty cover/turtleneck from the EC store?

If so, could you take some pics for me? I'm wanting to make my own, but I'm curious what theirs looks like from the top. Does the fleece go all the way to the bowl? :headscratch:

I just got one last week. I am liking it for the most part. Although I usually take it off if DS has a BM. THe back comes so far into the whole area it scares me.
I can take measurements if you would like.

See, that's why I want to see the top. It has elastic, right? I can't figure out how they are getting to fit without the fleece being within pooping range. :headscratch:

I just looked at the picture again on ec store and that is really how it does look. I think for a smaller/younger child there would probably be no issue. DS is 14 months if that helps. I can take a picture looking down on it if you want. LMK.
THere is elastic all the way around the top and the bottom. It is like a sleeve. THe top and bottom are the same size around. THere is a single vertical seam.

I made ours but it covers just the seat when he sits on it. I love it and I thought it was easy to make (and I only sew by hand, no sewing machine that works) I just kind of eyeballed how long to cut the elastic for the top part and the bottom didn't matter much. We always take it off if he is going to poop, not so much because he will poop on it but b/c it can get messy when you get him off the potty :giggle: Very squirmy babe. I made a wool one but it got thrown into the laundry by accident and shrunk, the fleece is much easier.

Very nice! Is there elastic going all the way around the top opening part?

Yup, I just kinda held it around where I wanted the elastic to be and cut that much off...this is how I do all my sewing, very casual, not very exact...hehe :) The elastic is not really doing anything at the top though because the fabric is cut big enough to fit onto the potty anyway. It scrunches up the fabric a little but mainly helps it keep the round shape. KWIM?
