WW friendly
So I'm doing Weight watchers again. Do any of you have good recipes?
I love to find a muffin or breakfast type bread. Any thing you have is great. TIA |
Re: WW friendly
Recipezaar. com has some decent ww recipes... and just yesterday I returned a WW book to the library that had a few breakfast and a blueberry muffiin recipe. I could kick myself for not jotting it down, since it sounded pretty good.
I'll look in my recipe box when the kids are quiet, and send you a few.... :) Good luck!! WW has been a great lifestyle change for DH and myself!! |
Re: WW friendly
This is a REALLY simple recipe for CHOCOLATE muffins that are super moist and deeeeeeelish! It sounds really strange, I know....but just trust me on this one!!!
Mix 1 box of chocolate cake mix (any brand, any type) with 1 large can (15 oz) of pumpkin. Just pumpkin....NOT the pumpkin pie mix with the spices in it. Mix it all up (it will be thick) and spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin tin cups or just spray with non-stick spray. Bake for 30 min @ 350. These are wonderful! I'm drooling thinking about them right now! They are 3 points per muffin and makes pretty big muffins! I promise these do not taste one bit like pumpkin! Cross my heart! |
