Any WAHMs do this? pouch slings

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, I wasn't sure where would be appropriate. I'd like a pouch sling, but I'm having a really hard time finding one in a fabric I like anywhere. Is there anyone who would be willing to let me send them fabric to make one? What kind of fabric does it take? If anyone can help me post here or PM me.

Or if you have fabric you think I might like spam me! I'm looking for something super boyish. Nothing with any flowers or batic or shiny. Preferably green or red, but blue might work too.

I know that when I was thinking about making one, they (babywearing people) told me to use stretch sateen. But, I know that is not the only fabric that would work.

Troll this forum, maybe you will see what you are looking for. Have you looked at Hotsling? They don't have what you want??

Also, try this forum It is for vendors. http://www.thebabywearer.com/forum/f...splay.php?f=97

THIS is my favorite fabric place. I have never bought anything here, but I lust over it often. http://reprodepot.com/fabrics.html

Hi, I do pouch carriers. Not much lately, too busy trying to keep ds in diapers that fit! If that boy switches between ML and Large again, I think I'll scream! LOL

The stretch sateen will give you the shiny-ish look of a Hotslings or an Up Mama ring sling (she's awesome for rs', btw... :)). I mainly use stretch twill - the same stretch but not the shine like the sateen. If a mama sends her own fabric though, that's great too.

My pouches have a nice rounding for baby's bum and can be tapered to keep the bulk off of your shoulder. The seams are serged right side out, turned, sewn right sides together and then the seam is sewn down again - super secure! I can also do them reversible. :)

Well, thanks for letting me spam ya. ;)
