I'm on a gluten free diet so my choices are a bit limited~but I do string cheese, peanut butter, rice cakes, corn chips, almonds, cashews, fruit...that's about it I guess! How about yogurt?

we usually have yogurt, peanut butter toast, mini-bagel w/ cream cheese, fresh fruit (we usually have apples), dry frosted mini-wheats, some kind of muffin I've made just for snacks...i think that's our usual stuff.

I usually have raw pepitas (hulled pumpkin seeds), fruit, unsalted nuts, soymilk, or sometimes a whole wheat tortilla and hummus, or baby carrots and hummus.
