Look what I'm getting! Beaba Baby Cook!
Anyone else use this to make your own baby food?
http://i268.photobucket.com/albums/j...uwe/img54l.jpg My MIL is getting it for a late Easter gift. I think its perfect because I've been wanting to make my own baby food. Here's more info on it: http://www.williams-sonoma.com/produ...m?pkey=cnewelt If anyone uses this I'd be so happy to hear what you think about it! TIA! |

I don't have one, but you just showed me something I'm going to have to buy for when we start solids in a few months or so, lol. My hubby is going to have a fit.

Oooh, I got it in the mail. It looks awesome. Just tell your hubby to think of all the money you will save on buying jarred food. And it will be even healthier!
My hubby told me I was the best mother in the world- "You cloth diaper and make your own baby food!" he said. :giggle2: Thats why I love him. :giggle: |

I just saw this at Williams and Sonoma today...I use a rice/cooker steamer to do kind of the same thing with a puree machine on the side. Hmmmm...all in one? Must be convenient! Let us know what your review is!

I'm steaming potatoes and carrots right now!! :carrot: I love this thing. So far I've made apples/oranges and carrots. Mmmm, everything smells so good. I'm so excited to have my little guy try out the food I've made.
The unit is great, it is very easy to use and I love that it steams and purees the food. I think it's going to get a lot of use. I've got hemp inserts boiling on the stove next to me, so I've got quite a mess in the kitchen.:giggle2: |

I use my Vitamix for making baby food.

I just use my hubby's Magic Bullet. We also use the waterless pots to cook the food (no nutrients lost in the water). House does smell wonderful when cooking baby food though!!!!!

I was dubious about this until I watched the little video. Now I totally want one. Only 1 bowl to clean?!? Awesome. As it is I'm cleaning 2 or three containers between steaming and pureeing.
