DS is congested. Any recs??
 

Ds is 3 1/2 months and really congested. My older 2 boys both have allergies. Can he have allergies already? Is there anything I can give him or do for his congestion besides sucking his nose with the bulb every hour (which he throughly hates!!!)

My DS had allergies starting around 2 mos. old. They told us to use "ocean drops." For DS and a humidifier, but it was closer to the winter. I don't think you can start a decongestant yet, but call your pedi. They might tell you to get some pediacare (decongestant only) for him. They would also be able to tell you how much to give him. I think they actually had me start Alex on it at 4 mos. Make sure you let them know that you have been sucking out his nose every hour and that it is still very bad. Sometimes if they know that you have really been doing what they are suggesting, they will provide something else to try. Good luck!!

I used saline drops and a cool mist humidifier, hope he gets better soon!
