Bread flour substitutes?
Can I substitute all purpose white or wheat flour when my recipe calls for bread flour?

yes. I think the only difference is that bread flour usually has more gluten and I think that prevents some of the big holes in bread, KWIM. You might want to see if they substitue equally but I would think they do.
