I have it....but haven't really *done* it.

It all makes sense...but it's hard. They want you eating smaller meals 6 times a day. and at that 3 hour point (between meals) I am never hungry...and typically running around taking care of some child. By the time I have a second to eat i am STARVING and end up eating too much.
I can easily see how the diet would work if you committed yourself to it...but I am having a tough time with the commitment.

Thanks! I too seem to have a problem not eating until after lunch myself. It would take some getting used to if I have to eat breakfast and snacks etc. By the time I usually eat after lunch, I am starved and do over eat usually though, and many times it just continues on until before bed. :banghead:

I have done it and it works. But...it's hard. It is very restrictive, no salt, no sugar, no flour, no dairy, no dressing...and on and on. I lost good weight on it but the longest I've ever gone on it was two weeks.

I do still use it though to jump start my weight loss. I use weight watchers now, but if I ever hit a plateau I go back on 6 week for a few days and I can get back into the swing of things. ...In fact maybe I'll go back a few days now. :giggle:

The program is awesome, and you can get results but being a mommy it's hard to be dedicated to that strict of a program.

I have it.. but, had a hard time sticking to it. I lost 6 pounds in 10 days.. so, that's not bad. Maybe I should give it another try? Anyone want to be my weight loss buddy (someone to PM everyday with your diet and exercise)? :)

They say you eat more with enjoyable foods! No sugar, salt, dairy or flour? Those are the best ones! :giggle: Give me an example of what portion of what you can eat each day?
