Product suggestions to help tame dd's curly hair?

My 19 month old dd has light brown, naturally curly hair that is absolutely beautiful in the summer when the humidity is high. Little ringlets everywhere! However, now that the air's drier and cooler it is, well, not so beautiful sometimes. :headscratch: It's a bit frizzy, straggly, etc. Anyone have suggestions for styling products or other tips to help tame it and make it look nice? I know there are lots of products out there specifically for curls but they're not really made for kids, so I'd love to hear about anything you've found that works for your little curly-haired ones. It would be a big plus if it was made of mostly natural ingredients! TIA
Kristin

Stop using shampoo. Just use conditioner. It will maximize her curl, keep the frizz away, and moisturize her hair.

Make her a curly girl! Check out 'curly care'.

You can use any type of gel, mousse, etc. Or you can blow dry it.

I have a friend with a girl like that. She uses the pink bottle for children of color! It is amazing the georgeous results!

My sons hair isn't curly curly, but it is light and wavy and fly away and gets tangled very easily. It is exactly like mine actually. My mother uses a product by bedhead called small talk and it makes his hair so pretty and silky that we have started using it as well. No more fights at combing time.

Citra Shine Frizz Tamer It's in a little bottle and it's clear. I use it. I have curly hair beyond control and it totally works.

I use california baby leave in conditioner! We use the shampoo/body wash on Amira for washing and then when she is getting dressed I put about a nickel sized amount in her hair and it does wonders for her curls! And smells nice too :goodvibes:

The only styling product I use at all is Infusium Leave in Conditioner. Don't rinse out any conditioner completely, towel dry, and then spray on the Infusium. I don't know what I did before it, other than be a big frizz head or use 50 pounds of mousse, hairspray and gel (hey it was the '90s!)

both dd and i have curly hair. her curls are so tight that her hair is actually to the middle of her back when pulled straight, and yet when its curly its just below her ears! i only wash her hair once a week. if i wash it anymore than that, it gets horribly tangled and nasty looking.
