It's just the 4 of us for Christmas dinner, and we're traveling for 10 days starting the day after Christmas. NO LEFTOVERS! So, I'm not sure... maybe...

One TINY ham
mashed potatoes
homemade creamed corn (DH's fave)
deviled eggs (we must have them at every holiday meal :giggle2:)
spinach salad

Dessert:
no clue

But here's something fun - since my siblings and I have all moved out, and my mom and dad are usually alone on Christmas Day (we all celebrate together a few days after Christmas), they always have bacon cheeseburgers and homemade fries for Christmas dinner! Too cute!

My mom said to me if I provide the ham, she and my sil will bring everything else. I said sure! I am hoping to have my babies in the next 2 weeks or so, so she wanted to make it easier on me. The ham I buy is so very yummy!
So menu:
Ham! I dont know the rest. I guess I will be surprised!

Yum! Sound like you have it all covered to me. We usually do the ham & scallops potatoes route as well. I love that even more that turkey @ Thanksgiving!

It is a hot potato salad that has a thickened vinegar/sugar sauce. Very yummy!

We have Italian Christmas!

we are having a Christmas Bread for breakfast. It has colored raw eggs in it, that cook while the bread bakes, so with some fruit it is a full breakfast.

Dinner-

vegetarian lasagna with Alfredo
fettucini alfredo
squash polenta bake
aparagus
lots of different pestos and breads
caesar salad

cheesecake

and whatever salads and desserts my sister and mother bring!

We're doing ham, since a friend very graciously gifted us one from the Honeybaked Ham company.

Not sure what sides yet. Augratin potatoes I think for sure.
