Swedish meatball sauce?

Isn't there an easy sauce for Swedish meatballs that only has 2 ingredients- something with grape jelly? Is it BBQ sauce? Does anyone know the proportions? I tried Googling and it keeps giving me the actual meatball recipe... :banghead:

The one we use is one can of cranberry sauce/grape jelly and one jar of chili sauce

My mom always just added a can of cream of mushroom soup. What kind of flavor do you get form the chili sauce one? I'm interested in trying this...
