Black chicken bones?
I've roasted chicken drumsticks a couple times recently (they were frozen when I put them in the oven) and when I took the meat off the bone, it was a very dark color, almost black around the bone. It really grosses me out, but I know it's not inedible or anything. Why does this happen, anybody know? lol
