What do you do with round steak?

I'm needing a good recipe to use up some round steak we have in the freezer. How do you fix it so it's tender and delicious?

I thinly slice it, and breaded it like you would chicken cutlets. I sometimes also make spagetti sauce with them...

Slice it thin and make Korean beef. There are lots of recipes online but basically it's soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, a little sweetener, and green onions. I normally cook it in the crock pot (although you can cook it on the stove too) and serve it over rice.

You can also make beef jerky. I'm trying to find a good recipe for that myself.

If it's a good, lean cut (we purchase a 1/2 cow from a farmer) then it's good for stir fry. We also use it for beef stroganoff or pepper steak, both of which can be done on the stove top or in the crock. Pound it thin, if not already, and use for steak fajitas.
