Quick use for cooked Millet?
I just cooked 1 cup of millet (now its about 4 cups?) and I cooked 45 minutes which was WAY TOO LONG...it's kind of gummy and not very tasty.
Any quick and easy recipe ideas to use it up?
I wanted to make muffins, but all the recipes I find call for uncooked millet.
