Diaper Rash related to foods
 

I thought my daughter had a rash due to diaper detergent residue but she gets them from disposables too. I'm trying ti pinpoint my diet but it's difficult because it is so inconsistent.

Does anyone know of any foods, spices, drinks, etc. that have been known to cause diaper rashes?

I have had the same issue, and I have eliminated all dairy from my diet with great relief the rash which he had since my milk came in (nearly 5 weeks) to the point of bleeding is now almost gone

but man I long for a big bowl of icecream!
