you know I wasn't shocked that many states do not have the philisophical exemption but I was SHOCKED that WV only had a medical exeption- the only state to not alow a religious as well!

Maybe this should shock me but it does... thats just wrong- to get out of it legally you have to provide a dr's note- terrible.

I would so have to move if I lived there...

You know what else I never even realized that the rules changed from state to state until this moment I had that that it was a national thing: medical and religious amd that they were trying to add in philisophical- guess I was wrong!!
