ok you use the brackets instead of the parenthesis but

(url=www.yoururl.com)Click Here(/url)

Or after you type out your words (like "click here" or whatever) highlight your words with your mouse and then click the little thing the toolbar (right above the post yoru writing) that looks like a globe and 2 links of chain. It will ask for a URL. Just type in your URL there and it should automatically do the code for you.
