Thats not a tank or cami though. Its just the bags things that stick on.

I have one of those (MilkSaver)! OK, I would't wear it out in public under my bra/tank, but it's terrific for home. I leak like no one business - with the MilkSaver, I am now saving at least an ounce per side per feeding, just by letting the side that the baby's not nursing on drip into this gadget. Terrific (and no more soaking my nursing pads during a feeding session). I only wish I had several of them - although I only use one at a time, I hate having to get up to empty it out and clean it in the middle of the night. Otherwise, I recommend it!

I use the Advent Soft Shells. They are OK, but I think the bags might be better. They feel a little sticky/sweaty for me pretty quickly.

ITA w/ pp. It is definitely NOT discreet. I wouldn't wear it in public. It was great the first several months while my supply was high. I have OLD so it was a necessity as I was leaking .5 to 1oz on the first side and then another .25-.5 on the side already nursed on. After my supply regulated a bit I stopped using it since less than .5oz banked wasn't worth it to me for the effort at night of walking downstairs to store it, etc. I woke up too much. :(
