Perfect crumbled meat everytime
If you are makiing chili or any dish that you ground meat in and your using seasoning packets like McCormics then this is for you! Right when you put the ground meat into the pan pour in the seasonings too and don't wait till its fully cooked before you add it and don't add any water to it until its fully cooked if the recipe asks for it. You well end up with pefectly crumbled meat everytime (like Taco Bells is) and not chunks here and there like before:D

Re: Perfect crumbled meat everytime
Thats how I make my taco meat filling. I mix the seasoning into the meat-like if your were making meatloaf, then I put it in the pan with the water. The meat comes out just like taco bell meat.

I did not know that!! I would sometimes use those choppers to get it itty bitty, I'll try this next time.
