Oooh us too! I wanted to start early but we decided to wait until she could sit up on her own. We only use it for poo though most of the time but she pees in it occationally. We love doing EC but are in no rush to PL lol.

Here she is on her baby bjorn little poty at 6 months:

and this is on her baby bjorn delux potty a few weeks ago:

We also got a fanciful fanny tester, what size did you get?

Re: EC thread:)
which do you like better the BBLP or deluxe? we are getting one this weekend-she either uses my potty(i hold her between my legs) or her cousin's old one that i dont like bc there is no splash guard thing-y

Re: EC thread:)
I think the delux may be too tall for her, they are both great for various resons, I'd say get the BBLP

Re: EC thread:)
ooey! where did you get a green bjorn???? our bru only has white. i need to get a second one and would love a green one!

has anyone ec'd with an older baby/toddler? i have read some of the articles online about doing it with 14+months, but i really don't know if it would be worth it. i guess i am only half-hearted about it, since i think it would be really hard with such older guys. sometimes i put them in pf w/o covers and try and change them as soon as they wet and talk about them being wet and that they went peepee and all that. but will that make a difference? i have tried to watch and see if they give any cues, but i can't seem to find any! how do you do this??? fwiw, they love to sit on the potty, which is why i need a second one, as they try and push each other off of it!

Re: EC thread:)
in the last eight hours, mackenzie has only had one wet diaper:lostit: we were at church and she kept going "fpppppp" so id take her to the potty and she would go!!!! she had a damp diaper after a short nap...but after her long nap she was dry!!!!!!! just had to brag:giggle:

Re: EC thread:)
This confuses me. I tried the potty seat once and when i took dd off of it after sitting on it like 5 minutes she peed on the tile floor. I wouldn't trust her anywhere else in the house nakey cause she would just pee on the rug. The only cues i notice are she gets really quiet when she is pooping.
Do you or did you in the begining clean up a lot of accidents?
