Thirsties Fab Fitted - opinions??

Considering these for overnight. Absorbency for a 20mo old?

I have a 21 month old who is not a heavy wetter. I wouldn't think they would be good for her overnight. They're nice little diapers, we like ours, but only for daytime use. I have use them with their doublers for naps, and that seems to work. But I feel overnight would be pushing it.

I could never see these working on an overnight, unless you change at least every 4 hours or they're an extremely light wetter. I have a heavy wetter and they last us maybe 2 hours during the day. I really like them, but they're not the most absorbant diapers in the world. You'd def. need a doubler or two. But they do run a bit big so they should last awhile side wise. My LO still fits into the smalls really well.

Not good for overnight. They were definitely day diapers for us. I even tried adding hemp between the Fab and the cover and I always use a Thirsties doubler in my diapes as a liner because I could get them so cheap and they still did not hold up well.

We liked them for day diapers but I would not have considered them overnight.

I love them for day time, but definitely not for nighttime!

I've used them overnight, but only with two doublers.

I was really disappointed in the absorbency of the fab fitteds. My ds is not a heavy wetter and they can barely keep up with him for daytime use. I definately have to agree that they would not be night worthy.

I have a few of the fab fitted and i only used it during the day...I don't think it would be good as a night diaper because it is not as absorbent as some of the other fitted i owned. It does have a stay dry layer though...My DS will soak through this diaper in 2 hours..
