Can you retract feedback?

Does anyone know? Like if you leave a positive and then later realize some serious issues with your item, or if you leave a negative and it turns out seller wasn't replying to pms for a valid reason, like a death in the family and they work it out with you. I see the report bad feedback button, but I don't know if you can use that for this. Thanks ladies!

From what I've been told, there's no way to change your feedback except for in very extreme cases. HTH. :goodvibes:

It would be neat if we could leave follow-up feedback, like on ebay

This is probably not the best answer. Additional feedbacks might provide info, but will muck up the score, kwim? So no on this, I need to add this to the FAQs :)

I'm not sure how follow up feedback works on ebay, but here you can post more responses to a previous feedback. At the moment, they are private but I am working on making them available for all users to read.

And yes, in extreme cases we do edit feedback...such as death in the family, etc (but it all depends on if stories check, kwim?).
