Vegetarian meat recipes
 

Anybody make their own veggie meat substitutes? My husband just became vegetarian (I've been one for 9 years now) and he loves it when I cook with meat substitutes.... but they're so darn expensive! If you have any yummy meat substitute recipes, I'd love to try them!
