Cranberry relish/sauce?

I bought the yummiest cranberry relish at an amish farmer's market. I've been looking for a recipe on allrecipes but I can't find one that seems like this relish. I think it has:
cranberries
pineapple
coconut
maybe manderain oranges
maybe in a strawberry jello base? not sure if it's jelled on it's own or from a jello base.

Does anyone have a recipe like this??

We make a cranberry orange relish in my family, but it is cranberries, whole, quartered oranges-- all put through a meat grinder and add sugar to taste. It is meant to be pretty tart, and is super refreshing.

I make one at thanksgiving that's just organce juice, cranberries, and sugar, but this was so much better! It was a lot sweeter, and just had more flavor. I'll have to experiment I suppose.

Here's the one we make at Thanksgiving:

1 pkg fresh Ocean Spray cranberries
1 c granulated sugar
1 lg can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pt heavy whipping cream

Grind cranberries in a meat grinder. A food processor will not give the right texture so it's not recommended. Add sugar and drained pineapple and mix until incorporated. Refrigerate overnight (this is very important, otherwise your dish will be really tart). The next day, whip cream until stiff. Fold into cranberry mixture. Can be served immediately or put into a jello mold and frozen.

Okay, here you go....

It doesn't have all the ingredients you are looking for, but I would just add them in to taste. Maybe one can of mandarine oranges and 1/2-3/4c coconut. This is the basic recipe that my MIL makes for holidays and her family loves it. (She makes it with cherry jello, which I'm allergic to so I haven't tried it, but she said you could substitute strawberry jello)

thanks, that looks really good! I made one with a can of cranberry sauce- whole berries, coconut, manderain oranges, pineapple and coconut and it was pretty tasty.

My grandmas recipie is what we use for Thanksgiving dinner. We put cranberries, a whole orange sliced (peel and all) and a whole apple sliced (peel too), into a meat grinder then add sugar to taste! It is great and so fresh! My MIL made it and I am eating it right now, what a coincidence. HTH, Danni
