So dish soap ...

Do you use the baking soda and vinegar with the detergent also?
Honestly, sometimes the simplier the wash the better. Soemtimes we add so many differnet things to our washing and diapers that it gets overwhelming and it can lead to more trouble. In alot of cases just toning it back to a detergent, a good wash system that includes super hot water and some good rinsing will do wonders for your diapers.
I really like using vinegar and baking soda when the stinkies start. As for the Dawn, ive always had some hesitations about using it. I would hold off for a little bit and try a few things before using it.

I do use the baking soda and vinegar every wash. Is that too much?

You might want to skip it for a bit and see if the stinkies stay away.
