I read The Explosive Child early on in Kearnan's diagnosis process and remember liking it. It was recommended by his behavioral therapist but I think it could be good for any parent really. I'm just not a fan of parenting books, they remind me of the self help books my councilor used to tell me to read. None of it every sat well with me.
