Re: Chicken in the oven? HELP!
When I cook it in the oven, I usually put a little liquid in the bottom of a roaster or something with a lid, cook it a bit lower temp, for a bit longer than usual (about 20 minutes per pound at 325*)
I usually put garlic in the water, and season the chicken.
Pretty easy, and turns out nice and juicy.
