I just made some awesome coleslaw
Thought I'd share since we are getting into bbq season.
I just cut up a head of cabbage, a bit of purple cabbage and shredded half of a large carrot (you might need to use a whole or even two, carrots are huge in thailand.) Used half an onion diced. I used mayo, sugar and a dash of vinegar for the sauce. I didn't measure, I just kept sampling it until I got to the right taste. Put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours to let the flavors mingle. It was awesome! Crunchy and sweet! Super easy too!
I think a stalk or two of celery cut up would be good too but it's hard to find in thailand so I didn't use any.
