I know this is an old thread, but just in case it helps someone I thought I'd post. After 2years of GF cooking I finally found the most amazing GF bread recipe ever! It turns out great every time, not gooey in the middle, doesn't taste nasty after a day.... Slices beautifully for sandwiches... I'm in love with this bread, and it's super easy to make!
