Runs on the honor system, please be honest and supportive of all participating mamas. No matter what our size or goal we are all here for encouragement.
Here is the spreadsheet, (thanks Ali!) I am having link isses so lmk if it works.
Note: if you have trouble opening the spreadsheet, try closing and re-opening it....usually works
-Everyone has to post a start weight during the initial week, the contest will be open to new participants until then end of the first week. Then the contest will close but anyone is welcome to come and chat, get encouragment or ask questions.
-Everyone must update weekly...Weeks run Monday to Sunday...so you will need to weigh-in on Monday, but may be posted on any other day that week if you prefer.
There has been a requested modification to the weigh-ins. Instead of everyone being required to weigh it on monday you are welcome to choose another day within the week. It would be best to try to weigh the same day each week.
For week one you must weigh in between June 21-27.
Week 2-June 28-July 4
Week 3-July 5- July 11
Week 4-July 12- July 18
Week 5-July 19- July 25
Week 6-July 26- Aug 1
Week 7 Aug 2- Aug 8
Week 8 Aug 9- Aug 15
All final weights must be in by August 16.
-Any diet and exercise routine is allowed. I will try to post tips and ideas if anyone want to check them out.
I am looking forward to getting to know everybody and cheering you on.
-Winner will be chosen based on percentage of weight lost.
Example: My starting weight is 174.2 if I lose 14 lbs I will have lost 8% of my total body weight.
-Whoever has the highest percentage lost wins.
