french teacher---i wouldn't weigh yourself every day. you can flucuate just by eating salty foods, not having a bm, or skipping breakfast! seriously it will only depress you to weigh yourself, get a great number, and then be back at the same thing 2 days later. only weigh once a week at the same time of the day. that way you have some kind of constant
