Thanks, Meagan! I had a feeling this was going to be the answer, because losing 3 pounds seems a bit crazy for 2 days.

Not weighing myself everyday will be hard for me because I tend to be a bit obsessive. I may actually have to have FH hide the scale from me for the week.
