Thought I would share this recipe that my mother in law introduced to me. We eat this ALL the time..it is sooo good.

I'm sure many mamas here have fixed these or heard of these...and if you have you may do it differently and if so I would love to know what you do differently.


Supplies needed:

2lb hamburger mean usually fixes about 6 or 7 depends on how you patty them
1 large bottle of worcestershire sauce (i probably spelled that incorrectly)
1 or 2 Vidalia onions Again preference
1 bag of baby carrots or more if you just love carrots!
5 potatoes or more if you just love potatoes too!
Heavy Duty Aluminum foil MUST BE HEAVY DUTY!

Prep:

1.Cut your potatoes however you would like to slice them. I usually leave the baby carrots there regular size i only dice them for my little ones.

2.Slice your onion

3.tear off 5 or 6 sheets of foil ..a good amount (has to be long enough to roll the foil up over the food)


Cooking:
1.Spray your foil with pam so hamburger does not stick
2.put your patty on the foil
3.add a good amount of worcestershire sauce to patty
4.put your onion slice on top
5.add more worcestershire
6.add potatoes AND carrots
7. add more worcestshirt sauce
8.bring the too long side of the foil together first and roll down then roll then ends up

Put in oven on 400 degrees for usually 1hr 45 min depends on oven..i've been having to leave mine in about 2hours.

when finishes be careful unrolling the foil as the steam will be hot!..you can set on plate or i usually unravel and dump in a bowl or a plate!

we love a lot of flavor and the worcestshire can get a little spicy so if you dont like spicy go less
