Cooking a lot of chicken at one time...
I have a little more than 10 lb. of boneless, skinless chicken breast that I need to cook for some recipes that I have. They all call for shredded or cubed cooked chicken. I don't want to just boil it...
I have heard that chicken just falls apart when cooked in a Crock Pot, so I was thinking maybe put them all in the there...I have one, but not a lot of experience using it. Would I need to add anything to them? Maybe a little water or chicken broth? How much? Do they need to be defrosted first, or can I stick them all in there frozen?
