3 sweet onions (must be the sweet kind!)
1 cup flax seeds, ground up (I left a handful out, and put them in whole)
1 cup sunflower seeds, ground up
3 OZ of soy sauce or tamari (or similar kind of sauces work too!)
3 TBS olive oil, you can also substitute an avacado instead.
Agave or honey, to taste (optional)
Put onions in food processor until chopped small, but not mush (or chop by hand)
Add everything else and stirr
Taste, Add agave/honey if you want
spread 1/4" thick or so onto dehydrator tray (or parchment paper cut to size)
Dry about 5 hours or so, either until dry but still soft/flexable, or very dry like a cracker.
Use as crackers, or as bread for veggie burgers!
