I don't really have a recipe. I use a basic rue with added cheese and pour it over par boiled potatoes.

It's the same sauce I use for macaroni

1T butter
2T flour
1C milk
cheese

Melt the butter and add the flour once that is blended together add in the milk. When the milk comes to a boil remove from heat and add the cheese

Parboil thinly sliced potatoes. Maybe 15-20 minutes. Just to get them started cooking so they don't take so long to bake.

layer into a casserole dish with the cheese sauce. Bake at 350 until the potatoes are done.
