We're just south of the Plaza. 
There are lots of CDing mamas in the area. Have you visited Happybottomus? They do a diaper swap there 4 times a year and there are tons of people there.
The KC chapter of the Holistic Moms Network meets there too (I'm a co-leader) the second Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
Our next meeting is this Thursday if you'd like to come!
