I would think that it would be the fridge life of the actual butter, maybe a little less, but if you are like our family, we go through one in less than a month.
I definitely need to make that because I keep reading terrible things about margarine. Since we are almost out of spreadable butter, its going to be made tomorrow. I bet it would be easy to put some kind of herbs in it to make like a rosemary bread spread, etc.

I will look for a granola mix recipe. I am enjoying searching for recipes!
